  • Although every project and budget is unique, we always charge a flat fee for all design concepts (that includes a moodboard, preliminary concepting, any relevant drawings or renderings to convey concepts, and one round of edits. You can choose to stop there, but if you would like our full-service/white glove experience, we charge an hourly rate of $250/hour for all subsequent project management (ordering, tracking, project communication, final delivery, installation, and styling). Flat fee design concepts start at $3,000.

  • Timing depends on the scope of work. At a minimum, for a furnishings project, you should expect a minimum of three - six months from project launch to final installation. For larger renovation projects, expect a timeline of nine months - 18 months.

  • We currently service the Bay Area and Los Angeles metro areas.

  • We recommend having a contractor and if needed, an architect, in place before reaching out if your project involves larger renovations. For smaller cosmetic and furnishings projects we can supply our roster of frequently used vendors.

  • All of our projects are lead by our Founder, Dara Donovan, and Senior Designer, Kristin Puccini.

  • Depending on which phase of the project we're in, we will talk a minimum of once a week once your project is in full swing. We send weekly updates on Fridays to all of our clients with news and a project progress report.

  • We offer one complimentary round of edits for every project. Beynd that, we charge our regular rate of $250/hour for all additional revisions or edits.

  • Yes, projects can be arranged virtually. Please reach out to us directly for more specific details.

  • We currently do not charge a markup for our projects.

  • We will happily pass along our trade discount when applicable for all client purchases. Trade discounts can range from 10 - 50% off retail prices.

  • Once you've signed off on our designs, the pricing is locked in and we unfortunately cannot provide refunds under these circumstances.

  • Yes, we can. We will make suggestions as we see fit, but can absolutely work with your existing pieces.

  • We always include a day of photography after final installation and styling and occasionally pitch stories to design magazines. Please refer to more details in our contract.

  • We generally need at least a month notice to schedule you into our calendar. Please book a call with us to get started once you have your timeline and budget nailed down. We're excited to work with you!

  • We charge $350 for the initial design walkthrough. You can book and purchase your consult here.
