how much will it cost to stage my home?

Our bids are completely customized for your property. Cost is variable and determined by a multitude of factors (e.g. square footage, number of stairs, how many bedrooms, etc.) As a general starting point, we charge $4.50-5.50 per square foot, so to calculate the starting price of staging your property, simply multiply the total square footage of your property x $4.50 to get a rough starting price for staging. We also offer generous discounts for repeat clients. Please reach out to us directly for more details!

how long will it take you to stage my property?

All properties under 3,000 square feet are staged in one day. For 3,000+ sq/ft properties, we usually add an additional half day for final edits.

do i have a say in what furniture gets chosen for my property? Do you take feedback or next-day edits?

We are always open to ideas and general design direction prior to install day. Please allow us a week in advance to take your requests into consideration, as we usually start prepping an install a week prior to your booked date. That being said, the furniture selection and final styling is not a collaborative process and is based on our collective design vision and what furniture we currently have in stock. We absolutely welcome feedback after install! We just can’t always accomodate edits due to availability and they are subject to additional costs depending on the requests. Please refer to our “edits” clause in our contract for more specific details.

how long is your standard staging contract?

Our staging contracts are good for 60 days.

Do you offer consultations on paint, lighting, tile, and other design specifications?

We offer design selections and specifcations to our clients as a standalone service (e.g. you can hire us to select exterior paint even if we don’t stage your home) or as an additional add-on service. We bill in 30 minute increments at a rate of $250/hour.

Do you serve San Francisco?

We currently service Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, and San Francisco County. Our offices and headquarters are based in Oakland.

What do I do if I want to schedule a walkthrough or get a bid for an upcoming listing?
